Are you playing through a browser or do you have the game app installed on a device?

Could you share a screenshot of that message you're seeing? Not sure about this one.

Does your Android device have the latest updates installed as well? Check in the Play Store manually if you're unsure.

If you're playing on Facebook, you should a little blue tab that sticks out of the bottom right hand side whilst on the saga map. If you click on that it will expand and make it much easier for you to travel back and forth between levels.

Yeah normally they should already be on the board, have you taken a screenshot or clip of this?

I think they tweaked the level since the videos you've watched have been recorded, it's not uncommon. Only licorice comes out of the middle dispenser.

This was patched out of the game normally, do you have the latest update installed? You'd need to connect your game to Facebook on your old iPad in order for the progress to sync to your Facebook. Once you've done that, just do the same as you've done with the other games and it should load you where you left off.
