As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. What's happening when you're trying to log in?

Where is it getting stuck at or crashing exactly? Which device you play on by the way? Might be down to device if you had issues with this before, they released a version which was too heavy for some of the older models to run so they launched a "light" version after a short while which seemed to remedy things for most.…
