Boosters and messages don't sync along with progress and gold and can only be transferred if purchased. They will stay on the device where they were received.

My bad, you only said that you forced stopped and restarted so didn't think you had gone through all the suggested steps.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.
