That's strange, does that mean you only see the quests in your game when you're not connected to your Facebook account?

If you're in the tab for "Candy friends" and the person appears in the list then you should only have to uncheck the box for them to not send them a life. Is your friend complaining about receiving notifications I take it?

Clearing your cache would have no effect on progress and gold, those are synced to Facebook or Kingdom which then sync to King's own server, it's not stored locally. Even if you delete the game from Facebook, when you add it again you'll carry on where you left off because it's saved to their server, only people who can…

But if you didn't participate, wouldn't that mean that you would be at the bottom of the challenge automatically? Those that mean that when you didn't participate the last time, you didn't drop rank?

Do you know which game app version you have installed? It's been said that it works fine on PC so if you have access to one you can play the level there as a workaround. Hope it helps!

What's the problem your having, too difficult a level or are you having some sort of technical difficulty with it?

Isn't that how rankings generally work in most things? You can't get around it by not playing as it will just automatically rank you down if you don't, otherwise rankings wouldn't be accurate if you could reach certain point and stay there by not playing.

Do you normally connect to a Kingdom account or do you use Facebook to connect in game? You've listed both in the topics which is a little confusing. What device do you play on by the way?
