What's happening when you're trying to access you Kingdom account, does it not give you an error message or anything?

If you connect to Facebook then it uses your Facebook credentials, you need to update your account email address in your Facebook account settings.

That depends, do have the game app installed on a Windows 10 PC or do you play through Facebook or King.com?

If you changed the setting afterwards when you checked it, try removing the game and setting it directly to have permissions. Should do the trick.
