  • I've seen people saying that closing down the app and reopening it afterwards helped them get their goodies and continue playing. No need to delete and reinstall the app I guess, Anne.

  • Same for me Sheila. I still can play it through my Facebook though. You're right, on the Kingdom account on King.com it's not working. My guess is they are busy with other stuff. Also, I think this game ended already some time ago.

  • Have you checked for updates, both for your mobile as your game app? Restart your mobile too. Maybe it just didn´t work at the time you tried to open it.

  • If you have a mobile or tablet, download the game on it. When you open the game app, you will see the Facebook logo in the menu as well as an orange symbol; the Kingdom.. You can either connect the game to your Facebook or your Kingdom account. Your progress and gold bars will then synchronize.

  • Hi NanaAnna, Did this happen again when you tried again? Sounds like bad luck. Maybe check for updates and restart your mobile? That can clear cache and make it run better in general.

  • Hi Filly, On what device does this happen? What browsers have you tried? I play on a laptop, using Google Chrome in Windows 10. It works for me.
