You can earn it when there's a contest to see who can pass 30 levels in a week. Since the previous competition ended, you'll have to wait for another one :) So, keep an eye on the forum to spot when the next one appears ;)

It all depends on a level you're playing ... I usually start the nightmarishly hard levels with as much boosters as possible (the one you can choose before starting a level), especially if I already have the winning streak. This level is kinda counter-intuitive. Usually you'd just smash the jelly as fast as possible, but this level requires you to move slower. In the first 4 moves try to only match 3 candies and when the top row gives you more candies, go for the skull. Once you get all the skulls the level is pretty easy :) Good luck and let…
