Yes, it is three months old. AND IT IS THE SAME ISSUE. They issued an update and it broke everything we were assured was fixed from the last time they screwed this up. There is no point of checking the Help Center or any of the other suggested fixes. It is a development issue that they screwed up before and have screwed up…

In my offline account, all of my bonus games disappeared (Dach's Delivery, Bubble Gum, Cookie Challenge) yesterday when I had 4 days left on each. I have been playing but have obviously lost out on opportunites for bonus items.
