If you are playing the game on a phone, then you should be able to get an UFO booster from the Season Pass.

Did you get the Daily Treat Machine when you first start the game everyday? I got the 5 minutes UFO booster almost once a week.

Are you really offline as what was stated in the error message?

Attaining Sugar Stars used to be equivalent to passing 2 levels. Not anymore.
