Oh, the good old reinstall. Isn't it time you guys came up with something new? The dog ate it or I'll get back to you on the 12th of never? Every time we reinstall, we lose loads. Unacceptable.

It's weird. I switched devices and now it's working. The only downside as always, I lost everything!! I'm only a couple of levels away from completing it so might just call it a day. I'm so fed up with building items up, only to lose them because of an update etc?

No point, they sent me their response and I refused to reinstall the game as I am fed up with losing everything when I do. I have just about given up. Thank you.
