    I have turned my device on and off, everything is updated, and I have RC on my iPad but not my phone? What gives?

    I have no RC today. I have cleared my cashe, updated, turned my phone on and off, and played several levels, test I have no game today. Can someone please tell me why?

    To suzie70 - the same happened to me, 4 or 5 days later the game showed up again. Glad to hear I'm not the only one this happens to.

    You don't have events on every device. You can have it on one but not on the other. Please go to the Help Center. You can find that under gear and the yellow one. There is the help center there you will find the answer. Or here on the page when you go to the right side under Help Center.

    That happens to a lot. I was told that sometime we have to set out. I feel this is BS because when you have money invested you loose that money King should pay you back‼️
