How long do you play RC?
This you describe, is not possible to be happening all the time!
I agree that for short periods of time it can be happened e.g. during a day or in an evening! You can play one day mostly 1st and another day mostly 2nd! You can have other days more balanced!
When you play for a long period of time and you count down your 1st and 2nd starts, you are going to see that they tend to be aproximately 50 - 50, according to the law of large numbers!! 😉
