Why can’t you give what’s owed?
I’ve sent email after email about not receiving my rewards to no avail. Instead of worrying about how to scam people to tryin get money and rigging the game give what’s owed!! I dunno if this is happening to just me or other people and if or they feel the same way but this is getting just ridiculous!!!

I'm so sorry and I would like to help you! Did you get an answer after the email? If you only get the automatic, you have to respond to it. If more automatic emails come in, please delete and ignore. Please keep only the one email you sent. If you don't get an answer after 3 days, please send again. I hope you know what I mean !!!

What kind of rewards are they? In game won boosters and gold bars? Gold bars won in contests?
Do you save your game progress playing connected with facebook or King account?
Do you play always on the same device?
Finally do you mean something related to mastery rank?
