Understood! This happened to my some days ago on one of the wifis I use. I then tried using data!
The reason was that we had a JBL connected to youtube (or spotify) for music!
The same problem we have sometimes when we watch Netflix!
If you had ot any other device connected to your router, try clearing app's cache (CCJelly) on your device.
Try to connect to another wifi or use data, just to check what is going on! 😉
I suppose that you can play Jelly main board!
The reason is that main board is also playable off line!!
