RC Closed again and I purchased unlimited play for 24 hours. How does this get rectified?

Mine is closed too but only on my iPad. It’s open on the same account on my iPhone. Makes no sense at all!

Wow 🤭, if that happened to me I would ask tech support for a refund (if I brought the gold bars to pay for the ticket).
That just does not look fair. 😒

Okay I did a software update on my iPad and now it’s open. Maybe try that if your device needs an update? Sorry I know it sucks.

The only time that this could be happened is after an event's end, after "counting" and before the new event starts!
So, may I suppose that you bought your 24 hrs ticket less than 24 hours before event's end, to have the opportunity to use it some hours on the next event as well? As I see, you have more than 16 hours left!
If so, you have to know that there is always a "delay" before the new event starts! This can be some minutes, half an hour, but some times, very rarely, a few hours! I do not know the reason for this, but it exists!
Please inform us if there is something different than what I describe and also if your connection is back!
In the meanwhile, a good idea is to clear app's cache in your device and check for updates!

No internet connection does not mean that you have not internet, of course you have!
It means that there is a connection issue somewhere in the line: opponent - game servers - you! If there is any problem and data cannot been transferred between you and your opponent, via the game's server, then connection is lost!
