I have played myself multiple times and as soon as I see my opponent is me I know I am going to lose. Every single time.

As I explained here in the forum, playing against ourselves is a well known issue related to memory or internet problems. Of course, your opponent is another player!
About loosing most of the times, is statistics: the less tries, less accuracy, more tries give you better statistic results!
