Frozen game

This has happened 3 times in the past 2 days . Opponent tries to make a move that is not even a moveable piece and then the game freezes and I lose my streak . Not cool at all .

Hi @TaraFB!

This is a known problem and I know that it is very annoying! And of course it is more annoying if it happens many times! The Studio is not responsible for this, it is mostly an internet bug, a connection error!

The fact is that the player who disconnects first looses the match and the other player wins, (because opponent left)!!!

When it happens to me I usually wait for the other player to quit, unless it goes too far! (I was waiting for half an hour one time and finally I quit!)

However if you see that it happens to you very frequently, inform us and we are going to report it! 🙂

Same here. Happening too often. And no, it’s not my internet connection. Something should be done so that you don’t lose your progress if the other person has the issue on their end.

• Game just freezes and nothing else
• Opponent leaves the game
• Both of them

Knowing what exactly the problem is, we can help youbetter. Also, how often you have this problem, every day you play, 1, 2 times a week, more frequently?
