- Arena is not available on PC, it is available only on mobile phones and tablets.
- If you play on mobile, normally today you must have Arena open! If not you can do one of the following:
- Update your game app
- Empty game's cache.
- Play one level on main board.
If none of this is solving your problem, just wait.
Wehave reporys that this problem repaired automatically after some hours, or after 1-2 days.
Thete was a case where problem resolved after a week! 🙂

To clear your cache you go to:
Settings / applications / Candy Crush Jelly Saga / Storage / clean cache (down right).
Maybe some words are a little bit different, because my mobile is not in English language and I just translate to explain you!
I have a feeling that cleaning the cache may not help you!
Try and if nothing is happened, we will see what to do next!
