Is there any news regarding the issue of "no events in CCFS" when players use the Windows platform?

I see and find mostly of the players are start asking and stucking on Level 5191, 5198, 5199, 5201, 5205, 5206, 5207, 5208 and 5210 as these levels are really another impossible to be passed due to not very enough moves to be passed possible and also too many layers of blockers should be destroyed by many moves in Diamond Diaries Saga again. Oh Dear again! 🙁

It's not just Level 5191, 5198, 5199, 5201, 5205, 5206, 5207, 5208 and 5210 are really very impossible to be passed ⬆️, then I see and find some players are also asking and stucking on Level 5036 too. I check playing Level 5036 again, Level 5036 has been really changed back to the old design level, also another trouble problem and impossible to be passed. On the second stage, both of the boards have been missing that we cannot checking and hitting the blockers and charms on the missing boards easily there! ⬇️🙁

The players did updating the latest version of Diamond Diaries Saga (1.88.0.0) and also following all of these troubleshooting steps, but Level 5036 is still unchanged while not fixed yet. 🙁

We really want Level 5036 should be changed back like this! Level 5036 has been changed on 8th January 2025. ⬇️

They are start feeling very frustrated and annoyed for asking these impossible levels again now. Argh...! 😫

Except these new impossible levels, I check playing another new levels are still appropriate pass rate mostly and the features are still not problem yet! 👌🆗️😊

So can you please start asking and reporting Level 5036, 5191, 5198, 5199, 5201, 5205, 5206, 5207, 5208 and 5210 to Diamond Diaries Saga Studio Team check and fix these new impossible levels easier again now? Many thanks again! 🙏🤗

I saw…. but hadnt had anything to comment until now. Lynette just shared this with me, I must have missed the tag. This explains why players have had issues… could things like this be shared here too so we don't miss it?
