Charged and not received coins paid for.
So, I have been charged 3 times for gold coins and no coins. Is this how it’s going to be now? Very frustrating. I hope to get a refund or the gold coins.

Losing Progress
I really wish there was a way to maintain current progress if a connection is lost. I don’t understand why this is even an issue. There have been numerous times when the connection was lost (not my on my end) and I lost my progress and had to start all over.

Is the RC gone for good
It has been a couple weeks since the rc has shown up in my game. It came up for 24 hrs last week and disappeared again. Its the only game I will spend money on and play every chance I get.

refund/credit
I fully expect to be refunded, or at the very least credited for time I PAID for and am unable to use. Can I please get a reply or acknowledgment to this concern?
