Update: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA LUCKY ME!!! My ads for extra moves disappeared again after this, but I made it through the rest of the episode just fine! I just forgot about the timed boosters from the Baker's Box at the last level 😅

You can still get extra lives. For every several episodes you complete, you will get a "milestone" reward. One of the possible rewards is 5 lives. If you're asking about the "beat this level to refill your lives" offer, I believe you can get that only once per day.

Without playing levels, you can get lots of boosters by watching ads through Sweet Cinema. If you don't open the game for a long time and come back later, the game will help you by giving you timed boosters and/or a lot of extra moves.
