I've been on the same level for 5 days. I have no gold bars so I guess that means my game is over.
Without playing levels, you can get lots of boosters by watching ads through Sweet Cinema. If you don't open the game for a long time and come back later, the game will help you by giving you timed boosters and/or a lot of extra moves. The number of extra moves slowly decreases as you play more levels, but they are enough to help get you unstuck.
In the meantime, you could post a screenshot of the level, and people here can share tips for winning.
