  • I took a break from Candy Crush to let new levels be built, and came back to hyper horror. It makes me anxious to play now. Hate it. Please remove or make an option to turn off. Sorry about this, I have collected and passed on all of this feedback.

  • I have this same issue but clearing my cookies does not help. In fact, I just bought a new computer and played Candy Crush right away, thinking that it will work perfectly. NOT! Thanks for letting us know, we will pass this on.

  • I too am stuck in a loop with 10 moves left. The candy just keeps looping through the openings. I used a booster and don’t want to lose it. Help! Do you see the option "tap to skip"?

  • Morning and thank you thats very kind - there is a current contest on caleld "space race" that ends in 30 mins - i am currently 3rd so will see if i stay third or higher if i get a prize - if not there is something not workign quite right and wonder if you can help ?? but also, the daily prizes have been stuck on day one…

  • Hi Glenn, sorry for the delay in responding. How many moves are you showing for this level? I just opened the level and I am showing 26. It had gone down to 18 but now they brought it back to 26.
