Hi Belinda, thank you for posting on King Care. Firstly we can start with some trouble shooting. Turn off your wifi. Restart your device. Restart wifi, open the game. Log back in. The reason why it may keep vanishing could be because they are having issues and sometimes if a lot report it, they withdraw it from the game…
