I dont know but in game they said that we could message them and they would help restore it/put me back at the level I was at Welcome to King Care! I can understand your disappointment, let's get you back on track so that you can continue on your journey!

All 3 of mine also caused the game to freeze. So couldn't use any of them. Sorry about this, we have passed this on to studio.
