when starting candy crush jelly the screen comes up to water plant. but when I try it says oops something went wrong, this happens every time I try to play game.

I can't get it to load on my facebook page but if I log in as my mom it plays on her page.
when I try to get to the next level it wont let me buy my way through or use the help from friends it says store not available
