The same has happened to me!!!! I was approximately on level 698 and made a Facebook, so I could log in and transfer my game across to my new phone. All of a sudden I'm back to level 1 on both devices! Please help!!! Hi Maureen- I will send you a private message. Thanks!

I am hoping for help with this too! I synced with FB and had no problems with reloading all my levels with Candy Crush Soda and Candy Crush Jelly, but my original Candy Crush app sync from FB only restored me to level 35. I was somewhere in the 1800s!! I will send you a message :-)
