Hi @hansovermars ! I already replied on the thread HERE. If the Game ID is the same for your both in your games, then the accounts have been merged into one account. If this happens, it is not possible to separate the two accounts. Was it your Facebook account that got merged with her King account?

Hi @hansovermars ! Was it your Facebook account that got merged with her King account? Your profile shows up in her game, but she is on the correct level still and you are on a different level when you play the game on your device? Is this issue in Candy Crush or Candy Soda? Or both games?
