The levels can be restored by reconnecting the game to your Facebook or King account. If not, then we can manually restore them from here. Boosters will be lost, but we can resend all purchased Boosters to your game.

If the app is updated and you have force closed the app and restarted the device and today's 24 hours of Lives do not pop up this afternoon, then email Player Support from the game. Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Lives/ Messages - Contact us and send them an email.
