If the app is updated and you have force closed the app and restarted the device and today's 24 hours of Lives do not pop up this afternoon, then email Player Support from the game.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Lives/ Messages - Contact us and send them an email.
But we just got told that all we had to the was post our user ID? I’ve gone through all these steps previously and nothing works
