Internally, this issue appears to be fixed (At least for the new releases, they did synced up properly). Here's the experience on Android after finishing the levels on Windows: Because of this, the game strangely gave me Super Charger. That's my experience between Windows and Android phone. Tomorrow new levels are to come and I have to play them using the same device I used for the past Levels which is Windows in my case. However, Star Tournament is accessible across both devices nevertheless

You must be having a different Episode Race popup which at the moment must be glitchly. This reminds me of an unclosable Chocolate Box screen that popped up for some players (Then appeared to all users but with a back button (Or a tap to continue popup) to close it). I don't have this change yet.
