Levels are still not syncing across the devices for me

It's been almost a week. My Android phone first passed the track starting 21846. However, my iPad didn't get to sync to that level at the first. A couple of days later, I was allowed to play the level starting 21862 on my iPad, but the track starting 21846 on my iPad still is showing unplayed even though I finished it on my Android phone. Then I played the rest of the levels on my iPad and reached the tournament. However, I'm not allowed to play in the tournament on either device! So two problems:

1: Currently, my phone is stuck on level 21880 even though my iPad has reached to the tournament level.

2: My iPad has reached the tournament but I can't play in it, maybe because level 21846-21861 are marked as unplayed even though I finished them on my phone?

Looks like the iPad issue disappeared, meaning all the levels shown being played and I'm able to play in the tournament now. However, the phone is still not synced. You can use the same screenshots from my previous message as reference.

As I mentioned in other threads, I do have this issue still. Screenshots from Android are there so no need to post new ones.

For Windows, it is as this:

All devices are updated to latest version.

Thank you. I'll be traveling starting tonight and will not have that iPad with me for the next three weeks. If they can't sync, I basically am not able to play since I don't want to reply the levels I've already passed.

This issue was supposed to be fixed last Thursday! Did you make sure that you have updated the game App on both your devices?

Thank you for explaining about the issue with device and the levels difference! Can you also post the screenshots of your game map from both devices please?

IT isn't fixed, I can progress on one device but to this level, no other device will catch up to this level plus I've used gold bars which is now a complete waste

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
