Hi Mari! If you're not able to x out the game once you've reached the end of the level, try turning the device to landscape mode, then turn it back to portrait mode and the x out should work. Our game team is working on a fix but this should work in the meantime. Jenny

Hi Paul! If you haven't saved the game through your Facebook or Kingdom account, the game is not saved in our servers but locally in your phone. Naturally then the game then cannot sync over to other devices. If you have the game on your previous phone still, go back and connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom.…
