If you change you game device to a new one you will sure lose your boosters because your boosters are saved to previous device. As i said boosters are not stored in King Servers. You contacted King Support team and they gave you lost boosters but unfortunately you did not receive that in your game. Am i right? If so please…

😔Feeling bad for you. Don't worry. Did you buy boosters or earned by playing? Note that, If you uninstalled,reinstalled, deleted game data, login/logout then your boosters will be lost, Boosters & lives are not stored in the King Server. They only stored in your device so that you can use it online & offline both.
