good morning, I was simply talking to a moderator who responded to my comment, he asked me to send him a screen shop and he will reply and I did so, now I don't understand why you question me????? I am not asking the moderator for anything, just explaining the bad service that the game have given me in Customer Service in the game

ok hello again, the situation was never resolved, they only charged me for 8 hours but not the boosters, when I complained, they told me that the booosters had been charged, I insisted that they not and that they check and they simply left it that way..☹️

The community forum is not able to handle compesations, only King Players Support contacted via Soda app is able to send compesations.
I see you've already contacted King Player Support.
Did you see these items sent by Support after you closed and reoponed the game and passed a few levels to help the game reconnect?

no these were boosters that I had that disappeared
If you change you game device to a new one you will sure lose your boosters because your boosters are saved to previous device. As i said boosters are not stored in King Servers. You contacted King Support team and they gave you lost boosters but unfortunately you did not receive that in your game. Am i right? If so please reply.
This is the meaaage that was send to me for the boosters, I only get the 8 hours , the buster I never gated.

If you don't see the items, close the game and reopen it. Also, opening and then closing a level can help; sometimes it just takes a little nudge to make sure things get right.

Note that, If you uninstalled,reinstalled, deleted game data, login/logout then your boosters will be lost, Boosters & lives are not stored in the King Server. They only stored in your device so that you can use it online & offline both.
