Hello and welcome to the pet rescue community. Do you mean the game? You need to visit your phone app store and get it from there. Its free to play, just stay away from premium purchases unless you want to buy them. They are not vital to the game, they just make it easier.

It sounds like you have been logged out. Log out, restart your device and then log back in again. Also bear in mind that companions use beans so if you don't uncheck them, they will go down with each level played.

Have you closed the game completely, rebooted your ipad and then opened it again?
