If you log out, you go back to the level you were on when you log back in. As regards the boosters, you would need to contact player support from within your game (hit the help menu and follow the links) and they can look at your account and they can see exactly where they have gone.

ok so hers is Samsung 14? Is that the a14 as there is no other 14? Which android version? It's likely the phone that is making her game slow as it's a less powerful phone. It has less processing speed and less memory which will make a difference. But we can check. how much free space does she have too?

I am not quite sure what you mean? Is yours still slow? If so, can you add a screen recording of it being slow?

colour block boosters… do you mean the colour collectors? The one that looks like a dog that collects all the same colours? have you logged out of your game or reinstalled it? With you losing gold bars as well I would try relogging in as it sounds like you're not logged in completely.

It could be a memory issue if you've had it a couple of years, but its unlikely. Could you check how much free storage you have though just in case. Sometimes even though its not full, if its cluttered it can cause games to slow. Can you close the game completely so its not running in the background. Clear your memory…

Hello and welcome to the community. Events are not available to everyone all the time. As long as you are playing on anything but Facebook (so windows app or devices) and keep your game updated, you should get it at some point 🙂
