They have taken it away from many players to allow others the opportunity to play that have not had it before. No idea how long it will last but it’s a stupid decision to make.

It’s gone for many players to allow those who have not yet played the opportunity to do so. It will not be back for us for the foreseeable and as far as I can tell nothing is being done about it. I have sent countless emails but it’s like trying to get an answer from a Politician. I think it’s time to look for a new game…

How did you open a new account as when I try it just takes me back to my original one, did you delete and restart

Agreed they should tell everyone what is going on and if it’s gone why still have the Arena icon showing, just rubs salt into the wounds! Whoever made the decision has no business acumen they are going to lose a lot of loyal and dedicated players over this. I won’t play the main game as it’s sooooo boring

How can i play without an account, do I just log out?

Did you just sign out and create a new account or sign in with no details, I’m not sure how to do it and as I have almost 500 gold bars am worried in case I lose them!

Yes, you can contact player support or get one directly from iTunes or whoever your App provider is. Player support don’t like parting with money and usually give you extra gold bars instead, but seeing that the RC is not going to be back anytime soon I would go to your App provider and get your actual payment refunded.
