  • Hello @DeepshikhaSharan ! You cannot close any discussion by yourself, this can only be done by a CM or a Superstar. On the other hand, you can accept answers if you open a question thread in the support area by clicking/tapping on "yes" where you can read "Did this answer the question? Yes-No".
