It sounds more like a Windows problem. Did you tell them it happens to everyone after updating Windows? Customer Service will be just giving you the usual copy and paste info about getting back a lost game. They need to know exactly what caused this. I have reported it, but not heard back yet π

Hi @Firewoman and @Kat-6 I assume you're playing via the Windows app? The latest Windows update has done something to the game, it's been reported. Hopefully it will be fixed very soon!

Hi @cfdad it took me a while to do this level, but I finally managed it without needing boosters or extra moves! Note how I carefully save the right colored blocks for the end of the game - but not too many - remove some of them at the beginning so the game will drop low enough to see the final row. Then use the rocket toβ¦

Hi look up the game in the app store that you downloaded it from. If the game needs updating you will see an 'update' button.

Hi @Norney and @Janetm2658 It's a difficult level (and could do with some extra moves, as usual) but can be completed without boosters or extra moves. It takes a lot of patience and planning your moves, especially to get all the metal boxes! Have a look at the example below, I hope it helps? Good luck π
