Hi @michellefarmer I've answerd you here: Make sure that you continue to remove ALL virus blocks. Pets will only fall if there are no green blocks on your board.

Hi @Luyzik70 We have had levels like this before, there is something specific that triggers the pets falling. In level 7525 removing virus blocks (the green multiplying ones!) makes the Pets fall. Each time the board is completely free of viruses another Pet will drop…with another virus! Remove the viruses again to drop…

Are you making sure ALL the virus blocks are getting removed? If any are on the board no Pets will drop.
