That doesn't make sense. If you played from Facebook in a browser, changing the OS on your computer won't make any difference as the game runs from the Facebook where the progress is also stored.

The game doesn't connect to an email address, it connects Facebook or Kingdom account.So did you connect the game to your Facebook account or did you set up a Kingdom account?

If level 240 appears completed with stars on in then go check in the App Store to make sure you've got the latest update downloaded to your tablet, it should go up to 420 i'm pretty sure.

That's not always the case and not too surprising really when it does happen, there's only so much testing that can be done. Once they start getting real feedback from players they may see a need to modify things, especially considering the "difficult" reputation to later levels live up to.
