On every question & answer it says 50 moves on level 661 but I am only getting 17 - impossible to finish this level in 17 moves. Have tried logging off & back on - but no luck. Can u help?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
