Looks to be an error, it requests 10 Poppies but there are only 2 on the board making it impossible. Hopefully an update to fix it is on the way!

Which OS does your Mobile run, Android or iOS?

The challenge was to collect a 100 pets, nothing happens when you click on the message you just need to play and save the pets like normal.

Are you playing an iPad by any chance?

Did you troubleshoot your browser Jayne? If you haven't, it's a good idea to start there and delete all cache & cookies, restart the browser and try again. If you get no joy from that, open the game in a different browser than the one you usually use in order to rule out browser related issues.

Hmmm think you're mistaken, as far as I know that's not a King game so don't think you'll find any answers here.

On FB all messages get wiped when you close the game down, best to accept everything before you do even if you have full lives so that the people who sent you a life get one back, otherwise they just get wasted.

It is but it's not an easy level that's for sure. I found this blog page which sometimes has some good strategies written down for completing the level, plus with a video.
