Did you check if your OS can be updated? If it's effecting all the games at once it could be coming from that.

Did you notice any changes after clearing your browser of Cache and Cookies, or by loading the game in a different browser? It may also be worth emptying your Flash cache too if you've never done it: http://pch.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/554/~/how-do-i-clear-my-flash-player-cache%3F

If you can, grab a screenshot of the end game message that you're getting and post it back into here. It usually has a little message as to why you didn't pass the level, it would be good to know what it says.

Check everything is update with you're Flash player, failing that you could always load the game up in google Chrome and test it there as it has Flash built into it.

Where is it getting stuck Natalie, when you open up the game or when you load up a level? If you haven't already done so, I'd check if there's any updates for the game and your OS.

Yeah it's not that uncommon to find differences between the platform versions and the videos of levels being played which have since been modified, best way to avoid it is to included how recent it was posted in the advanced search.

Have you checked you've got the latest updates for the game and your OS Naresh? The levels on iOS go up to 1565 as far as I can see.

Have you tried loading the game in a different browser quickly to see if it does the same there?

If you're having an issue after an update it may be worth uninstalling and installing again, that way the update is already included into the game and should be more stable. The only thing is you will lose any banked messages and boosters in the process but you should be able to get anything back that you've paid for.
