Hi - Iโm sorry you are having this issue and hopefully by following the steps mentioned above by my colleague, you will be OK. I do play on an iPhone but I donโt use my Apple ID to sign in. I use either FB or my King account. I would suggest in future you add one of those accounts so you have an alternative way to sign inโฆ

Hello @DonnaB - at this time the levels in a week challenge is with both friends and random players. There have been suggestions to make it just with friends, but at this time you could be competing with anyone. There was an event in the past where you could create your own team of 5 players to accomplish tasks to winโฆ
