My friend played Candy Crush on my phone (on her account). Since then i can't log out of her account and when i try to log in with my Apple ID, it shows me her account. What to do? Did i lost my account?
Hi - I’m sorry you are having this issue and hopefully by following the steps mentioned above by my colleague, you will be OK.
I do play on an iPhone but I don’t use my Apple ID to sign in. I use either FB or my King account.
I would suggest in future you add one of those accounts so you have an alternative way to sign in to your game, in case their is a temporary issue with your primary way you sign in (which has definitely happened to me in the past).
