I’ve tried all your suggestions and been in contact with support. NOTHING worked. I was given the run around by the support team. When will King acknowledge it is THEIR ISSUE and do something about it? Once again we miss out on playing the game and support couldn’t care. It is appalling customer service.

uninstalling removes cache not boosters. I’ve uninstalled several times in the past few days - it made no difference. I agree “Support” and moderators here never take responsibility for issues or apologise. It takes way to long for them to fix any of their glitches or errors.

I share your pain - you should get the tile if you play level 9310; it worked for me. Mine says to win level 9531.

I agree - it’s more difficult than it used to be! Most of us only contact Support AFTER we’ve done the troubleshooting 😉 Good luck. I haven’t heard back from them for a while - hopefully they’ll locate the issue. 🤞

did you try “contact us” below this page? I cannot remember the sequence and it took a little while but I eventually was able to contact them.

it seems many players are having similar issues - stuck on 9310. Support have tried twice to manually fix the issue for me. No luck so far 😢🤞

I have just noticed I now have this issue. I am unable to complete the quest tile requiring to win the next level. I followed the troubleshooting tips and turned my phone off and on. I still am stuck on 9310 😳
