The colour bomb, striped and extra 3 lives for completing a streak. Can you get this from repeating older levels?

Okay, thank you. I would appreciate someone having a look for me. I am now given up to 200 extra goes for 10 bars. Which just seems silly. I use the 19 moves to open the initial skulls and need at least another 19 more to complete the board. Not even remotely close after well over 200 attempts at it
