Why has the arena been closed for over three weeks now? What’s going on?

It works with data now but still doesn't work with wifi on all devices. I am very sure the problem is on your side.

Yes I have tried everything, deleting and reinstalling, rebooting, updating everything, turning wifi on and off, and now it not only doesn't work on my ipad but it also doesnt work on my android handphone and iphone, basically whatever device I use I cannot play candy crush jelly any.pre because it keeps saying no internet…
